NHER Number:10178
Type of record:Monument
Name:Roman occupation site and field systems

Aerial photographs show that the field which produced the majority of material was quarried away by 1986 and is now water-filled. Only the field to the west survives. This is the field in which cropmarks were noted; records also suggest a small number of finds came from this field.
K. Powell (HES), 5 November 2012.
