Summary
A small early to mid-19th-century two storey Gothick house, which was built as a lodge for the former brickworks (NHER 12491). It is built of painted flint cobbles with red brick quoins and window dressings. The brick was likely made at the brickworks.

Full description
January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"House, small early/mid-19th-century gothick building, probably a lodge. Painted flint cobbles with red brick quoins, band and window dressings. Pentile roof with gable end facing road. Two storeys. End facing road: one window, three-light casements, first floor with ogee arch, ground floor four-centred arch with carved head in keystone, both with four-centred anti headed lights with intersecting bars above. Flanking each side and slightly set back in one pier, quatrefoil in section, rising above parapet."
