Full description
ONE OF THE STRUCTURES INITIALLY RECORDED AS PART OF NHER 23517 IS NOW RECORDED AS NHER 51014 (THE WESTERNMOST STRUCTURE).
Defensive structures.
Two underground dugouts a short distance apart. Red brick, entrance to north formed by trench open at each end and roofed with concrete above door.

This pillbox sits inside one of the trenches of complex NHER 23518.

World War Two shelter/bunker built into the northern side of a World War Two bank (the bank is recorded under NHER 23518).
Located to the northeast of NHER 51014, a very similar structure.
Marked on Ordnance Survey landline map (S1).
