Summary
In around 1982 a flaked flint axehead of possible Mesolithic date was recovered at this location. Metal-detecting at this location between 2004 and 2023 recovered Roman and medieval coins and a number of other metal objects, including undated copper alloy rings; medieval and post-medieval dress accessories and a post-medieval book clasp, spur, purse bar, copper alloy rings and lead cloth seal.

Full description
1982 or before. Stray Find. [1].
Found north-east of Holly Farm in area of Context 1, circumstances of find unknown:
1 ?Mesolithic chipped flint axe. Fossiliferous brown flint, slightly milky patina, yellow/grey cortex. Blade missing. Potentially Mesolithic, being similar to examples from Banham (NHER 2259).
