Summary
The cropmarks of a probable Bronze Age ring ditch are visible on aerial photographs. The ring ditch most likely relates to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow. Three pits are visible in close proximity to the ring ditch with a further pit visible within the interior of the feature. It is possible that the pit features may be associated with the ring ditch. However, it is also possible that the pits could be natural in origin.

The cropmarks of a probable Bronze Age ring ditch are visible on aerial photographs. The ring ditch most likely relates to the site of a Bronze Age round barrow (S1-S4). Three pits are visible in close proximity to the ring ditch with a further pit visible within the interior of the feature. It is possible that the pit features may be associated with the ring ditch. The pit within the interior of the ring ditch (centred at approximately TF 9141 1753) may relate to a burial. The cropmarks of geological features can be seen across the area on the aerial photographs (S3-S4). It is therefore possible that the pits could be natural in origin. A further probable Bronze Age ring ditch has been recorded approximately 200m to the southwest. The monument polygon has been updated to the extent of the feature as seen on S3.
