Full description

December 2004. Norfolk NMP.
A small rectilinear enclosure is visible as a cropmark on aerial photographs ((S1) and (S2)), centred at TG 2752 3632. It is undated and its function is unknown. It measures 24m by at least 23m.
The enclosure is of unknown date and function. It is surrounded by the cropmarks of a field system of possible Iron Age to Roman date (NHER 38961). Although they could be associated, there is no direct relationship between the two sites and the enclosure could equally be an unrelated feature dating to any period from the prehistoric to the post medieval.
