February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
34 Market Place.
18th century. Red brick. Steep slate roof, hipped. Modillion eaves cornice; three storeys, first and second floor four windows. Sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches, cills on small brackets. Band at second floor cill level. Ground floor large modern shop front and round-headed passageway on right with stuccoed surround.
