August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Semi detached cottage, 18th century with 19th century side extension. Colourwashed brick, pantiles. One storey and attic. Two casements and door, 3 dormers, Gable stacks. Extension has tumbled gable and clamp irons inform of letters TB."
