Metal detecting recovered a complete Roman cosmetic spoon, a post medieval mount or handle, a medieval harness stud, a post medieval coin weight and a post medieval gold posy ring. Full description

1997. Metal detecting. [1].
Roman complete Roman bronze cosmetic spoon. Flatish bowl and single twist near hooked (suspension) end.
Post medieval open circular, bronze ring with six-leaved flower in centre; lug on back broken off on attachment. Probably mount/handle.
Identified by K. Sussums (NLA).
