NHER Number:33619
Type of record:Monument
Name:Possible Bronze Age barrow in Big Wood

Summary

An irregular oval mound in Big Wood was identified during a Rapid Earthwork Identification Survey. This has been interpreted as a possible Bronze Age barrow. Big Wood was once within West Harling Park, and therefore the mound may also have been a landscaped garden feature.
