Summary

A number of Early Saxon brooches, a girdle hanger, a pendant and other metalwork, found by metal detecting, suggests that this is the site of an Early Saxon inhumation cemetery. Roman coins, and medieval and post medieval metalwork has also been found by metal detecting on the site.
