In edge of former pit, grassed over as village green.
Mortar spigot. Metal pintel remains on mostly buried concrete dome.

Spigot mortar base, date 1940. Situated in trees at east end of village green. Odd, almost elliptical shape due to faulty
construction, but of a common design.
