Summary

Metal detecting recovered a large number of finds dating to the Early Saxon period. These include brooches and pieces of wrist clasp. Other finds date from the Roman to the post medieval period include Roman coins, a Middle Saxon pin, a Late Saxon harness, a Late Saxon Borre style brooch and medieval and post medieval coins and metalwork. Pieces of Roman, medieval and post medieval pot were also recorded.
