Fieldwalking as part of the Fenland Survey recovered a sparse concentration of prehistoric burnt flints on the edge of a greensand island. These may be indicative of prehistoric occupation.

18 November 1986. Fenland fieldwalking.
Rolled and partly weathered.
MTW 65.
Sparse concentration pot boilers on edge of greensand island, no flints. 16m east to west x 10m north to south at 1.4m OD.
