Listing Description:
17th century timber-frame house, plastered. Long range with lowered roof with gabled ends, and pantiled. Brick chimney stack off centre. Two storeys. Four widely spaced 19th century casements. 19th century doorcase in front of stack.
Information from (S1).

1986. Survey.
Timber framed house, apparently lobby entrance 2 storey, but early type of carved beams in late medieval style - c.1540? Braced tiebeam in roof might suggest hall-house but other evidence against this. Not clear as mostly covered up. Barn, good timber framed c.1600. Listed grade II. See report (S2) in file.
E. Rose (NAU) 17 April 1986.

2004. Survey.
Drawn survey (S3) of barn in file.
E. Rose (NLA), 30 January 2004.
