Fieldwalking in 1982 found Prehistoric flint flakes, Roman pottery sherds and a Roman brooch, while metal-detecting between 2016 and 2018 recovered medieval and post-medieval coins; aswell as Middle Iron Age and medieval to medieval/post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Middle Iron Age brooch; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories and a medieval/post-medieval knife end cap.
