1980. On surface of vegetable garden. Merina, Malthouse Lane.
Old soldino of Aloise Contarini, Doge of Venice 1676 to 1683.
Obverse. Lion of St Mark and kneeling Doge.
Reverse. Standing figure of Justice.
Identified by by British Museum.
