Summary

A medieval moat, a hollow way and possible fishponds survive as earthworks and are visible on aerial photographs taken in 1973. The eastern side of the moat appears to have been created using a stream channel. A medieval stone wall and medieval pottery may have been associated with the use of the occupation of the moat. A prehistoric flint flake has also been found here.
