Possible barrow; arable land; slight swelling visible; no sherds or flints.

December 2002. Norfolk NMP.
The ploughed out barrow is visible as a parchmark on the 1946 RAF aerial photographs (S1). It appears to measure 17m in diameter. A much larger circular is visible at this location on the 1994 OS aerial photographs (S2). However the marks are confused with possible geological patterning and therefore were not extended past the dimensions visible on the earlier images. It may, however, be indicative of the mound material being further spread by the plough.
S. Massey (NMP), 19 December 2002.
