May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Late 18th century. Brick with thatched roof. Two storeys in four bays. Four French windows to ground floor, three under gauged skewback arches and one under segmental gauged arch. Four sashes to first floor, all with glazing bars. Gabled roof. Internal end stacks and central ridge stack."
