November 1951. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"17/18th century large flint barn with red brick dressings. Steep pantile roof with gable ends; one with brick coping. Later segmental-headed entrance on east and lean-to."

The barn has arched braces formed out of sections of a clinker-built boat.
