Listing Description Excerpt:
"Walnut Farm House (formerly listed as Walnut Tree Farmhouse) is a grade II listed building (see (S1)) dating to the late 18th century (1864) with many alterations. It is built of flint pebble with brick dressings and a black glazed pantile roof."
