September 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century with additions of about 1840. Brick with slate roof. T-shaped plan. 19th century façade and block. Two storeys in three bays. Panelled central door within fluted case and broken pediment. Fanlight. Original sashes under scalloped hoods and gauged skewback arches. Parapet conceals gabled roof."
