May 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Mid 18th century. Rendered clay lump with thatched roof on brick plinth. Baffle entry plan. One storey and dormer attic. Two doors at right and left and three 18th century casements. Gabled roof and plain tiled gabled dormer over right door."
