This house is now a set of offices. The property dates to the late 18th century and is built from brick with a pantiled roof. The centre bay is broken forward containing a Doric doorcase with pediment. A brick string course exists at first floor level. The roof is gabled with an internal chimneystack to the south.The garden is enclosed by a brick wall with a set-off running north, returning to follow Dereham Road.

August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House, now offices. Late 18th century. Brick with pantiled roof. Two storeys and attic in three bays. Centre bay broken forward containing Doric Order doorcase with pediment. One sash window right and left with glazing bars under gauged skewback arches. Brick string course at first floor level."
