September 1988. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"House attached to Kirby House. Mid 18th century. Partly rendered and colourwashed brick. Roof of black glazed pantiles. Baffle entry plan. Two storeys in three bays. 20th century half glazed door and window to left. To right a 20th century tiled extension with window."
