March 1988. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Pair of estate cottages. Early 19th century. Red brick with pantile roof. Two storeys. Symmetrical facade to street of six bays: four ground floor sashes with glazing bars, set in reduced openings. Two doorways with 6-panel doors; plain wooden door surrounds with small rectangular fanlights. First floor 2-light casements, one with leaded glazing. Dentilled brick eaves. Central pediment with brick dentils; behind the pediment a square ridge stack with four linked shafts. Internal gable stacks with twin shafts. Catslide roof over lean-to at rear.
