May-November 2004. Norfolk Rapid Coastal Zone Archaeological Survey.
Inter-tidal survey (Environmental Zone 4), Context 224:
Embedded in beach sand, appeared to be in-situ.
Southernmost of two metal cylinders filled with concrete (see NHER 41420 for other).
Could have been part of Second World War beach defences.
