Full description

April 2002. Norfolk NMP.
Slight earthwork of a circular mound or platform, visible on OS aerial photographs from 1967 (S1). It is 13m in diameter and surrounded by a ditch. This raised platform is located in the Heacham river valley, near to the proposed site of a medieval mill (SMR 31979). This earthwork may relate to same mill site.
