This miller's house formerly served the mill to the north (NHER 8921). It dates to the early 19th century and is built from colour washed brick with a black pantiled roof. The central door has a reused doorcase with pilasters. The property has two rear chimneystacks.

August 1983. Listed, Grade II.
Millers house formerly serving mill to the north (NHER 8921).
Early 19th century colour washed brick, black pantiled roof. Two storeys, three bays of sash windows. Central door with reused doorcase with pilasters. Dentilled cornice, hipped roof. Two rear chimneystacks.
