Summary

Metal detecting on this site between 2003 and 2008 has recovered a collection of coins and objects from the Roman, medieval and post medieval periods. This includes a retouched late prehistoric flint flake, as well as a beautiful inscribed gold finger ring from the 17th century.

1 medieval/post-medieval vessel leg and 1 strap-end (unusually large).
3 post-medieval coins, 3 tokens, 2 buckles, 4 lead weights, 1 casket key, 1 hooked tag, 1 furniture fitting, 1 candle snuffer handle fragment, 2 lead cloth seals and 1 lead bale seal.
1 undatable ring and 1 unidentifed object fragment.
