Full description

Before September 2003. Metal detecting.
Post medieval fragment (25 x 13mm) of copper alloy side plate from candle snuffer, broken chamfered bar with ring-and-dot with twin longitudinal lines, three engraved transverse lines at perforated trefoil terminal (central foil missing). Similar to example from NHER 31620 at Gayton.
