Summary

Metal-detecting between 2002 and 2019 recovered a prehistoric worked flint; Roman and medieval coins; a post-medieval token and Roman, Early Saxon, and Late Saxon to medieval metal objects. The metal finds include a Roman brooch and furniture fitting; an Early Saxon sword pommel and figurine; Late Saxon to medieval weights; medieval to post-medieval dress accessories and cauldron fragments; and a medieval harness mount and key.

Medieval copper alloy fragment (19mm x 42mm) of buckle plate, folded widthways, recessed for frame, pin slot, broken across loops and vertical row of three rivet-holes.
?Roman copper alloy disc, worn and unidentifiable, diameter. 22mm ??3rd century coin. (Seen by A.B.M.).
