28 August 2001. Metal detecting.
Discovery Tours Field 19. Containing NHER 24418, 25137 and 34460.
Three Roman, thirteen medieval and thirty eight post medieval coins were recovered as well as a fragment of a Late Bronze Age copper alloy socketed axe, a possible Iron Age cast copper alloy ring or bead and a variety of other Roman, Late Saxon, medieval, post medieval and undatable metal finds.

August/September 2002. Metal detecting.
A fragment of a Roman copper alloy patera handle was recovered. The item has a trapezoidal terminal. The ?applique plate is broken at short end and other edges are damaged. The handle has laborate symmetrical foliate decoration on a blue enamelled field (edges damaged). It measures 30 by (at least) 45mm.
