Summary

Metal-detecting in 2001 and 2015 recovered a Neolithic/Bronze Age flint flake; Roman, medieval and post-medieval coins; a post-medieval token and undatable, Late Iron Age to Early Saxon and medieval to post-medieval metal objects. The metal finds include an undatable lead bead; a Late Iron Age sword pommel; a Late Iron Age to Early Saxon penannular brooch; a Roman coin blank, lead weight and steelyard weights; medieval seal matrices; medieval/post-medieval lead weights and a button and a post-medieval finger ring, button, bird feeder or water trough and a harness mount and fitting.
