Fieldwalking in 1996 recovered 126 worked flints, including a ?Mesolithic flaked axe fragment and four scrapers of possible Neolithic date. The remaining pieces, including flakes, a core, and various retouched tools, were not closely datable, but potentially later Bronze Age

1996. Fieldwalking finds.
?Mesolithic flaked flint axehead fragment. See drawing (S1).
4 ?Neolithic flint end scrapers.
79 Late Prehistoric (possibly later Bronze Age) flint flakes, 1 core, 14 miscellaneous retouched flakes, 19 scrapers, 6 notched pieces, 1 spurred piece and 1 flake knife.
