Summary

Extensive metal detecting at this location from 1994 to 2005 recovered a range of multi period metal objects. Noteworthy finds included a forgery of an Iron Age Icenian coin, a tiny medieval ring brooch, a Roman key handle, a silver droplet produced from metalworking and a post medieval thimble.

Roman brooch. CD, RH dated to around 40-65.
