March/April 1993. Metal detector finds.
1) Wonderful 6th century escutcheon from hanging bowl decorated with three relief spirals.
2) Three medieval coins, see list in file.

Object found 1993 and identified as a 6th century hanging-bowl escutcheon is not, and has been re-identified by H.M. Geake (NCM) as an Roman seal box lid, (S1).
