Full description

April to May 1990. Metal-detecting and fieldwalking.
Found by [1] (finder's Field 25):
1 undatable prehistoric flint scraper and 1 blade.
1 Mesolithic flint blade.
13 Roman pottery sherds (12 greyware and 1 buff oxidised)
4 medieval pottery sherds (2 medieval unglazed and 2 glazed Grimston), 1 buckle fragment (13th century; with narrow tongue bar and elaborate moulded frame decorated with engraved transverse lines), 1 copper alloy staple and 1 U-shaped ?sword chape fragment.
1 post-medieval clothing fastener (16th-17th century).

1 Late Saxon pottery sherd (Thetford type bowl rim).
6 medieval pottery sherds (2 medieval unglazed and 4 glazed Grimston) and 1 copper alloy brooch/buckle pin with looped over end.
