Full description

1988. Stray Find.
1 Mesolithic flint pick. Very long (32cm). Recent damage at cutting end shows good quality, dark flint.
Patinated blue/white and in good, fresh condition apart from the recent break. No cortex on either face. See drawing (S1) and photograph (S2) in file.
Identified and compiled by J. Wymer (NAU) 25 August 1988.
This discovery was reported in (S3).
