Summary

Metal detecting in November 19897 and May 2002 recovered a collection of Roman and medieval coins which included a coin of Trajan and four Henry II pennies. These were declared as Treasure. Other finds included a fragmented Roman nail cleaner and medieval strap end.


November 1987. Metal detector finds in area a few yards across.
Nine complete and one half Tealby pennies, Henry II. Mostly very fragile and clipped. Detecting to continue in 1988.

November 1987. Metal detector finds in area a few yards across.
