Summary

Fieldwalking here in 1987 retrieved two Roman greyware sherds as well as fragments of medieval pottery. A 16th century bronze buckle was also found at the same time.

Two Roman greyware sherds; medieval sherds.

Identified by A. Gregory (NAU).

Same time and details as above. 16th century? bronze buckle compare with example in (S1) as well as example from Bunwell.
