Full description

2 December 1984. Hales site 151. Fieldwalking ploughed fallow well weathered; good conditions.
Soil variable, fluvioglacial gravel on high ground in centre and on towards meadows to north. North ditch-hedge marks steep drop to meadow. Darker soil along east fence has more sherds than remainder - presumably because of house in Loddon.
2 worked flints.
1 rim probably Thetford type.
1 Undated rim.
15 medieval unglazed.
1 medieval glazed.
2 16th century glazed.
2 glazed red earthenware.
4 19th century.
