Summary

In 1984 several sherds of medieval and post medieval pottery were recovered during fence building on lands owned by Church Farm. Post medieval glazed red earthenware pieces were identified along with unglazed medieval types.

Autumn 1984. On Church Farm lands. Found during fence building across former roadway.
One base medieval glazed jug; two joining rims late medieval/Trans jar; three body sherds late medieval/transitional period; two bodysherds glazed red earthenware; four animal bones (not retained)
Held by NCM, formerly by member of the public [1].
