Summary

Metal detecting in the spring of 1984 and sometime prior to May 2001 recovered a selection of Roman metal artefacts. The most interesting discoveries were small copper alloy eagle statuettes. A solitary Late Saxon coin was also retrieved.

Small copper alloy Roman statuettes of eagle with wings folded.
