Summary

Prehistoric flint flakes and a Neolithic blade were found on the surface of a field in 1979. Observations during roadworks in 1991 noted prehistoric burnt flint, flakes and post medieval pottery fragments.

November 1979. Drilled field.
Twenty four rough flakes.
One thick blade of Neolithic/Bronze Age type.
Bellarmine sherd.
Finder's number 334a.
Identified by A. Lawson (NAU), 19 October 1980.
