Found before 1976.
Flanged axe; 14 cm long by 4.5 cm wide.
Reference in (S1) which gives location as 'Black Grate (sic) Museum No.27'. This presumably means the Blackgate Museum at Newcastle upon Tyne whose prehistoric collections are now in the main Newcastle Museum.

Not in NCM/NAU index unless it is an odd stray from site NHER 3134.
