February 1961. Stray Find.
Ordnance Survey field 72 on parish boundary:
Portion of Bronze Age copper alloy socketed axehead found. Hammered down for breaking up. See drawing (S1).
Now in Sandringham Estate Museum ('York Cottage Museum').
