Summary
A late 17th or early 18th century two storey brick farmhouse with some chequered brickwork, especially in the west gable. Original windows along the façade have been blocked and Georgian ones inserted, together with a Georgian doorway. The roof is of modern concrete tiles.

Probably second half of 17th century, altered in 18th.
May 1987. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description:
Farmhouse. Early 18th century. Brick with roof of corrugated concrete tiles. 2 storeys. Door left of centre in panelled reveals. Pilasters rise to flat hood. 2 3-light 20th century sashes left and one to right. 3 to first floor, all under gauged skewback arches. Platband at first floor continues into returns and rear. Gabled heads with eaves line platband. Gabled roof carrying internal end stacks and 2 further ridge stacks. West gable head has blocked attic window under moulded floating cornice.

Two storeys, chequered brickwork especially in west gable, which has two moulded string courses, and a false pedimented window in apex. One string course continues along façade; original windows here have been blocked, and Georgian ones inserted, also a Georgian doorcase, modern roof.
