Cropmarks of old field system slightly askew to present one.
Located by E. Rose (NAU) 6 January 1978.

March 1995. East end of field, generally located surface finds.
1 Samian bowl rim.
1 rim fragment, probably Thetford type bowl.
1 body sherd Thetford type.
3 body sherds medieval unglazed.
1 body sherd glazed Grimston.
1 handle, glazed Grimston, with part of a post firing ?circular perforation.

April 1995.
Rim of Grimston/Thetford jar, probably spouted pitcher.
Rim of Roman grey ware jar.
